ARTIST APARTMENTS
RENOVATION
In the heart of Brescia, a townhouse originally intended as a single multi-level home underwent a full renovation. The project completely redistributed the spaces and divided the property into six independent units — three studio apartments and two one-bedroom apartments — designed for temporary hospitality.
The intervention enhances the building’s original structure, reinterpreting it in a contemporary way to meet the residential and functional needs of the short-term rental market.
MAGRITTE
A studio apartment inspired by the surreal art of René Magritte: minimal, elegant and thoughtfully detailed. Clean lines, delicate colours and an intimate atmosphere for those seeking beauty and tranquillity, even in small spaces.
DALÍ
A creative and welcoming studio apartment inspired by the imagination of Salvador Dalí. Original geometries, modern details and a surreal touch make you feel immediately in a unique place. Here every corner tells an extraordinary story.
FRIDA
A studio apartment full of character, inspired by the intense and colourful soul of Frida Kahlo. Warm tones, decorated floors and vibrant details make this space a small artistic retreat, where every day is an explosion of personality.
ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

The apartment is arranged over two levels: on the first floor there is the living area with kitchenette, while on the second floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom.
HOKUSAI
A one-bedroom apartment inspired by the harmonious and contemplative art of Hokusai: essential, bright and designed to convey balance. Fresh tones, clean lines and references to the great Japanese wave for those who love beauty born from simplicity and nature. A modern retreat where every detail invites calm.
KLIMT
A one-bedroom apartment inspired by the decorative elegance of Gustav Klimt: sophisticated, modern and harmonious in its details. Golden tones, essential lines and a welcoming atmosphere for those seeking inspiration, beauty and comfort in every corner of the home.

We support the client through to completion, maintaining a constant presence with suppliers and on site to guide them throughout the renovation process, even when it comes to furnishings.
