DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION
Demolition and reconstruction project for a residential building in Brescia. The project involves the demolition of an old 1960s building and the reconstruction of two innovative and environmentally friendly residential units.
FORM
The work was born from a careful design where each measurement found its way into the next, allowing for an overall harmony that runs throughout the furnishings of the entire house, passing through different levels of permeability and contrasts.
FUNCTION
Each element has been conceived and harmoniously linked with the others, designing each space in relation to the others, as if it were a single, large place to live.
BIO
The project pays particular attention to green building practices, including construction techniques, cladding materials, and small exterior design touches, such as a green roof and a biolake.
