The project was born from a meticulous design where each measurement was reflected in the next, allowing for an overall harmony that runs throughout the entire home, encompassing different levels of permeability and contrast.
DALÍ
Each element has been carefully designed and harmoniously integrated with the others, designing each space in relation to the others as a single, spacious living space.
FRIDA
The project focuses on green building practices, including construction techniques, cladding materials, and small exterior design details, such as the green roof and bio-lake.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS

The apartment is on two levels: the living area with kitchenette is on the first floor, while the double bedroom with bathroom is on the second floor.
